It’s just the two of us at Willow Lane, and at this stage in our journey, we don’t work on it full-time. Plus we both live in opposite time zones, so allow us a bit of time to respond.
If, after a reasonable amount of time, you think your email has gone astray, try forwarding the email to us again, exactly as it is, as if sending it to someone else. We sometimes find that gets you past the junkmail filters.
If it’s an urgent issue, please mark it URGENT in your email header.

Instructions for sending us pictures:
- Make sure your files aren’t too big. Under 1MB is better for a website.
- If possible, keep your email below 5MB so it doesn’t clog up our inbox. You can always send us several emails if you have lots to share.
- JPEG is usually best. We can work with other formats, though.
- Be sure to tell us if you don’t want your picture in our gallery. If you don’t say specifically, we’ll assume you are okay with it.
- Unless you say otherwise, all names in our gallery will be represented as first names followed by initials for the surname eg Lisa S.; Naomi B.
- If you want to give the piece a title, let us know in the email.
- Feel free to include any comments and extra info you like: Your age? Location? Materials used? Your inspiration? Tips for others? –Where we can, we’ll include some of these details.
