*SHOP* Want to make money from our cards?

We’ve always had an issue with cards because our supplier only does packs of 10. It’s cheaper and more environmentally friendly to print that way. And we like our supplier because they are, at their heart, about saving waste which is why they set up the whole print-on-demand model in the first place (the original distributor to do so for art products and now with many copycats.) The problem is, if you want a birthday card, you don’t want 10, you want one. What to do? It has always been our Achilles heel.

Of course, you can split a pack with a friend, use them for crafts, frame them etc, but what if now you can make some money from them as well?

We had the idea this year to turn our disadvantage into our advantage and offer them for wholesale as well as direct to the public. That means that you can now sell the cards onward individually, either to friends, for charity, on an Etsy store, in a physical shop etc and you don’t even have to ask permission to do so. Or you can create smaller packs out of the larger ones, create your own collections etc.

Our price per card is quite competitive and allows for making a profit on each card. But we’ve gone even further and reduced the cost of all our cards site-wide and we’re even offering a discount if you purchase over a certain amount.

Not only do we want to make it easy for others to sell our cards, we also want to create a little community through it. We want to really look after our sellers and make them feel a part of something if they’d like to be. Of course, you can just purchase the cards as per normal and sell them onward how you like. There’s no special club to join and you don’t have to let us know you’re selling the cards. Just buy them through our site and sell them or keep them. But if you like the idea of being a part of something, then we will treat you as the friend we hope you become.
