*SHOP* Why should you journal? A little video for you.

Naomi and I love notebooks and journals. We love to own them, peruse them, and use them. And we especially love to create them. But we don’t just make them for the love of designing and making beautiful things – though that’s a big part of it. We also genuinely believe that a humble notebook or journal can add many benefits to your life. For some people, it can even be life-changing.

Do you journal or notebook or have you ever thought about starting? Or maybe you haven’t given it a thought. Wherever you are on that journey, we hope this short video we made (our first ever) inspires you. It’s not just about journalling. It’s about creativity in general, and we hope it encourages you to get more creative in your life.

Pop on some headphones, make it a full screen and enjoy.

Why should you journal?

We’d love to know what you think of our first video. Let us know in the comments below.

Thank you! You know, I still get a little choked up every time I watch it. And I’ve watched it a lot. 🙂

That’s totally fair, it’s so good!
Can I ask, is it ok if I share this video with an art group on FB?

Of course you can. We’d love for you to share it with as many people as you like in as many places as you like. That goes for any future videos too.

You can get the link from YouTube. We’ve set up a YouTube channel as a convenient place to upload videos because the website wouldn’t let us upload directly for some reason.
